ACPICA: ACPI 4: Update headers for new and changed ACPI tables.
Add IVRS,MSCT,UEFI,WAET,WDAT.
Updated several existing tables for ACPI 4.0-related changes.
Added document references for all tables not defined in ACPI spec.
