quota: Use mark_inode_dirty_sync instead of mark_inode_dirty
Quota code never touches file data. It just modifies i_blocks + i_bytes
of inodes and inode flags of quota files. So use mark_inode_dirty_sync
instead of mark_inode_dirty.
