bus: ti-sysc: Fix unbalanced pm_runtime_enable by adding remove
Looks like we're missing remove() that's needed if a driver instance rebound. Otherwise we will get "Unbalanced pm_runtime_enable!". Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
