gpio: rename gpio-langwell to gpio-intel-mid
gpio-langwell is a deprecated name. Despite the driver was made
initially for Langwell, it supports now other Intel Mid SoC's.
This patch does no change beside the file renaming with Kconfig/Makefile
update.
