hwmon: (tmp401) Auto-convert to use SENSOR_DEVICE_ATTR_{RO, RW, WO}
Conversion was done done using the coccinelle script at
https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches/raw/master/hwmon/sensor-devattr-w6.cocci
