of/irq: Fix endian issues in parsing interrupt specifiers
This patch fixes some instances where interrupt specifiers are dereferenced directly instead of doing a be32_to_cpu() conversion first. Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
