isdn/capi: prevent NULL pointer dereference on invalid CAPI command

Fix by adding NULL pointer checks in strategic places. Signed-off-by: Tilman Schmidt <tilman@imap.cc> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
