And the gpios should not be request as well. But current driver will create d3 and request its gpio. This patch fix this by using for_each_available_child_of_node() and of_get_available_child_count() to enumerate all child nodes. So the disabled node will be inavailable. However currently the logic falls back to string compare in every iteration in which clock cache entry does not match given parent, due to wrong check conditions. This patch corrects the logic to continue the loop if parent cache entry is present and does not match requested parent clock. In addition, redundant checks for parent cache array presence are removed, because it is always allocated in the beginning of the function. Differences between the gpiod and legacy gpio APIs are: - gpio works with integers, whereas gpiod operates on opaque handlers which cannot be forged or used before proper acquisition - gpiod get/set functions are aware of the active low state of a GPIO - gpio consumers should now include <linux/gpio/consumer.h> to access the new interface, whereas chips drivers will use <linux/gpio/driver.h> The legacy gpio API is now built as inline functions on top of gpiod. Now gpiolib has an API to mark GPIO pins as used as IRQ lines so the GPIO core only allows to set as output GPIO pins not tied to an IRQ. So there is no need to have custom code for 2).
