Each text file under Documentation follows a different
format. Some doesn't even have titles!
Change its representation to follow the adopted standard,
using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx:
- Add markups for section titles;
- mark literal blocks;
- use ".. important::" for an important note.

Add a complete description of the LZO format as processed by the
decompressor. I have not found a public specification of this format
hence this analysis, which will be used to better understand the code.
