* docs: usb: rename files to .rst and add them to drivers-apiMauro Carvalho Chehab2019-06-201-35/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | While there are a mix of things here, most of the stuff were written from Kernel developer's PoV. So, add them to the driver-api book. A follow up for this patch would be to move documents from there that are specific to sysadmins, adding them to the admin-guide. * docs: usb: convert documents to ReSTMauro Carvalho Chehab2019-04-161-1/+4

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
