Add support for an "archheaders" target. This target can generate
files that need to be installed for user space by "make
headers_install" or "make headers_install_all".
In order to support "make headers_install_all", it must be able to run
without the tree having to be configured first.

The temp[1-*]_type attribute reports the temperature sensor type. Sensor type 1
is described as "PII/Celeron Diode", which is quite restrictive; other CPUs
may also have an embedded temperature sensor diode with similar characteristics.
Change description to "CPU embedded diode" to be more generic.

The LM63 and compatible devices have a lookup table to control the fan
speed automatically. Expose it in sysfs. Values are cached for 5
seconds, independently of the other register values to avoid slowing
down "sensors". We might make the table values writable in the future.

The V4L2_CID_ALPHA_COMPONENT control is intended for the video capture
or memory-to-memory devices that are capable of setting up the per-pixel
alpha component to some arbitrary value. It allows to set the alpha
component for all pixels to an arbitrary value.

DVB-C, as defined by ITU-T J.83 has 3 annexes. The differences between
Annex A and Annex C is that Annex C uses a subset of the modulation
types, and uses a different rolloff factor. A different rolloff means
that the bandwidth required is slicely different, and may affect the
saw filter configuration at the tuners. Also, some demods have different
configurations, depending on using Annex A or Annex C.
So, allow userspace to specify it, by changing the rolloff factor.

Kmemleak patches
Main features:
- Handle percpu memory allocations (only scanning them, not actually
reporting).
- Memory hotplug support.
Usability improvements:
- Show the origin of early allocations.
- Report previously found leaks even if kmemleak has been disabled by
some error.

This patch adds kmemleak callbacks from the percpu allocator, reducing a
number of false positives caused by kmemleak not scanning such memory
blocks. The percpu chunks are never reported as leaks because of current
kmemleak limitations with the __percpu pointer not pointing directly to
the actual chunks.
