* ARM: dts: at91: sama5d4_xplained: change the key code of the gpio keyLudovic Desroches2021-07-271-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | Having a button code and not a key code causes issues with libinput. udev won't set ID_INPUT_KEY. If it is forced, then it causes a bug within libinput. * ARM: dts: at91: add pinctrl-{names, 0} for all gpiosClaudiu Beznea2021-07-271-0/+19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add pinctrl-names and pinctrl-0 properties on controllers that claims to use pins to avoid failures due to commit 2ab73c6d8323 ("gpio: Support GPIO controllers without pin-ranges") and also to avoid using pins that may be claimed my other IPs. Fixes: b7c2b6157079 ("ARM: at91: add Atmel's SAMA5D3 Xplained board") Fixes: 1e5f532c2737 ("ARM: dts: at91: sam9x60: add device tree for soc and board") Fixes: 38153a017896 ("ARM: at91/dt: sama5d4: add dts for sama5d4 xplained board") Signed-off-by: Claudiu Beznea <claudiu.beznea@microchip.com> Signed-off-by: Nicolas Ferre <nicolas.ferre@microchip.com> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20210727074006.1609989-1-claudiu.beznea@microchip.com Cc: <stable@vger.kernel.org> # v5.7+
* ARM: dts: at91: sama5d4_xplained: Remove spi0 nodeTudor Ambarus2021-07-191-10/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | sama5d4_xplained has an optional on-board serial DataFlash (AT25DF321A), which does not come populated on board by default. Since the spi0 node does not have any child populated by default, thus no user on sama5d4_xplained, remove it. This avoids the following error in SPI NOR, which reads the values of the pulled downed lines, unrecognizing the flash: spi-nor spi0.0: unrecognized JEDEC id bytes: 00 00 00 00 00 00 Signed-off-by: Tudor Ambarus <tudor.ambarus@microchip.com> Signed-off-by: Nicolas Ferre <nicolas.ferre@microchip.com> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20210716154739.835738-1-tudor.ambarus@microchip.com
* ARM: dts: at91: sama5d4_xplained: add pincontrol for USB HostCristian Birsan2020-11-241-0/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | The pincontrol node is needed for USB Host since Linux v5.7-rc1. Without it the driver probes but VBus is not powered because of wrong pincontrol configuration. | | | | | | | | | | | sama5d4_xplained, ssam9x5cm, sama5d2_ptc_ek and sama5d3_xplained nand flashes have a common memory map. * arm: dts: fix unit-address leading 0sRob Herring2017-10-201-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using the following command: perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*' Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some occurrences of uppercase hex. * ARM: dts: at91: Switch to the new NAND bindingsBoris Brezillon2017-05-311-32/+51
| | | | | | | | | | | | Use the new EBI/NAND bindings to declare NAND chips and remove old NAND nodes along the way. Note that we keep using old bindings in at91rm9200.dtsi because this SoC is not supported by the EBI driver. * ARM: dts: at91: Enable DMA on sama5d4_xplained consoleAlexandre Belloni2017-01-191-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | Enable DMA on usart3 to get a more reliable console. This is especially useful for automation and kernelci were a kernel with PROVE_LOCKING enabled is quite susceptible to character loss, resulting in tests failure. * ARM: dts: at91: sama5d4_xplained: fix regulator namesAlexandre Belloni2016-07-151-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | vcc_3v3_reg and vcc_mmc1_reg are fixed regulators and don't need a reg property. Remove their unit-address. Solves: Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /fixedregulator@0 has a unit name, but no reg property Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /fixedregulator@1 has a unit name, but no reg property Signed-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@free-electrons.com>
* ARM: dts: at91: sama5d4 Xplained: don't disable hsmci regulatorLudovic Desroches2016-03-221-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | If enabling the hsmci regulator on card detection, the board can reboot on sd card insertion. Keeping the regulator always enabled fixes this issue. | | | | | | | | | | | No interrupt were received from the phy because PIOE 1 may not be properly muxed. * ARM: at91/dt: remove bootargsAlexandre Belloni2015-11-161-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Passing earlyprintk in the bootargs may crash the board as it depends on having a sane DEBUG_UART_PHYS configured which is not always the case. Also remove ignore_loglevel Signed-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@free-electrons.com> Signed-off-by: Nicolas Ferre <nicolas.ferre@atmel.com>
* ARM: at91/dt: remove leftovers clock definitionAlexandre Belloni2015-11-161-9/+0
| | | | | | | | The clocks group properties and the clock@0 node are useless, remove them to avoid copy pasting in future device trees. Signed-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@free-electrons.com> Signed-off-by: Nicolas Ferre <nicolas.ferre@atmel.com>
* ARM: at91/dt: replace gpio-key,wakeup with wakeup-source propertySudeep Holla2015-11-161-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Though the keyboard driver for GPIO buttons(gpio-keys) will continue to check for/support the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" boolean property to enable gpio buttons as wakeup source, "wakeup-source" is the new standard binding. This patch replaces the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" with the unified "wakeup-source" property in order to avoid any futher copy-paste duplication.
