Drop stale references to the generic and OMAP gpio header
files from couple of files which no longer invoke any gpio
functions.

All the boards booting with device tree use
drivers/pinctrl-single.c instead.
Note that mach-omap1 is still using the legacy mux,
so let's move the related Kconfig options from plat-omap
to mach-omap1.

Now we can boot n8x with the appended device tree with:
$ ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/usr/bin/arm-linux-gnueabi- make omap2420-n800.dtb
$ cat arch/arm/boot/zImage arch/arm/boot/dts/omap2420-n800.dtb > /tmp/zImage
Note that you need at least the following enabled:
CONFIG_ARM_APPENDED_DTB=y
CONFIG_ARM_ATAG_DTB_COMPAT=y
CONFIG_ARM_ATAG_DTB_COMPAT_CMDLINE_FROM_BOOTLOADER=y
CONFIG_PINCTRL=y
CONFIG_PINCTRL_SINGLE=y

Remove now-obsolete code from arch/arm/mach-omap2/omap_device.c. This
mostly consists of removing the first attempt at device PM latency
handling. This was never really used, has been replaced by the common
dev_pm_qos code, and needs to go away as part of the DT conversion.
Also, the early platform_device creation code has been removed, as it
appears to be unused.

Consolidate all of the copies of MAX_MODULE_HARDRESET_WAIT and
MAX_MODULE_SOFTRESET_WAIT into one place, arch/arm/mach-omap2/prm.h.

We need to remove this from plat for ARM common zImage
support.
Also remove includes not needed by the omap_hsmmc.c driver.

This way we can remove includes of plat/gpio.h which won't work
with the single zImage support.
Note that we also remove the cpu_class_is_omap2() check
in gpio-omap.c as the drivers should not call it as we need to
make it local to arch/arm/mach-omap2 for single zImage support.
While at it, arrange the related includes in the standard way.

This allows us to pass dma request lines in platform data to
MMC driver the same way as we already do for omap2430 and later.
Also note that we need to only build this code if MMC_OMAP
is selected, so change Makefile accordingly and place it near
the MMC_OMAP_HS in the Makefile.
