This moves the DMA40 platform data header from <plat/ste_dma40.h>
to <linux/platform_data/dma-ste-dma40.h> where is belongs.

There are four SDIs on the HREF, as opposed to the original two
enabled on Snowball. To get them working we have to pass their DMA
information in the same was as we need with the other two.

Allow proper initialisation for MMC via the mmci driver
for the Snowball low-cost development board using DT. At
the moment we continue to use DMA setup from platform code.
Once the DMA generic DT bindings have been completed we
can then port the remainder over to DT.

This patch provides a means for any device within ux500
platform code to allocate its own parent. This is particularly
prudent with the introduction of /sys/devices/socX, as a
device can now proclaim to be integral part of an SoC, rather
than a more generic platform device. Latter patches make good
use of this functionality.

The purpose of the vdd_handler does not make sense. We remove it
and use a generic approach instead. A new ios_handler is added, the
purpose of which e.g. can be to control GPIO pins to a levelshifter.
Previously the vdd_handler was also used for making additional
changes to the power register bits. This option is superfluous and is
therefore removed.
Adaptaptions from the old vdd_handler to the new ios_handler is done for
mach-ux500 board, which was the only one using the vdd_handler.
This patch is based upon a patch from Sebastian Rasmussen.

The DB8500 ED (Early Drop) and V1 are only available inside of
ST-Ericsson or partners, we have actively replaced and scrapped
these prototypes. All Nova products on the open market (such as
the Snowball board) are based on V2 and later ASIC variants.
So let us focus on supporting the silicon that will be used and
delete this to get a clear overview.

us from seeing the effect of actually driving them to 100 MHz,
which indeed resulted failure, on the external SD card.

The DB8500v2 and DB5500 has a fifth version of the "PL023" and
PL180 blocks. However the ASIC engineers have forgot to bump the
revision in the PrimeCell peripheral ID registers. Since the
platform is aware of the actual silicon revision we need to
hard-code the periphid from the platform, bumping the subrevision
field to 1.

This will centralize all GPIO pin muxing for the different boards
in the MOP500 family to a single file. It also kills off the
deprecated support for the ED (Early Drop) ASIC, this should
never be spotted in the open and ST-Ericsson have internally
deprecated this hardware.
