It's really unnecessary to have plat-mxc, and let's merge it into
mach-imx. It's pretty much just a bunch of file renaming and
Kconfig/Makefile merge.
To make the change less invasive, we keep using Kconfig symbol
CONFIG_ARCH_MXC for mach-imx sub-architecture.

ARM is moving to stricter checks on readl/write functions,
so we need to use the correct types everywhere.
This found a bug in mach-armadillo5x0.c, where we attempt mmio
on the MXC_CCM_RCSR address that is currently defined to 0xc
and consequently causes an illegal address access.

As all irqchips on imx have been changed to allocate their irq_descs,
and all unneeded mach/irqs.h inclusions on imx have been cleaned up,
now it's time to select SPARSE_IRQ for imx/mxc.
The SPARSE_IRQ support forces irqs allocation starting from 16. All
those static irq number definition for SoCs need to shift 16 to keep
non-DT boot works.
With all those static IRQ number and start definitions removed from
mach/irqs.h, the header becomes just a container of a couple of
mach-imx specific irq/fiq calls. Since mach/irqs.h is not included
by asm/irq.h now, the users of mxc_set_irq_fiq needs to explicitly
include mach/irqs.h themselves.

The helper function mx31_setup_weimcs() references IOMEM() and
IMX_IO_P2V() but without required header mach/hardware.h included
in mx31.h. This will break the build of those mx31 based board file
with no direct inclusion of mach/hardware.h, or when indirect inclusion
to mach/hardware.h breaks.
For example, when the inclusion of mach/hardware.h gets removed from
mach/gpio.h, we will see the following compile error.
CC arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pcm037_eet.o
In file included from arch/arm/mach-imx/devices-imx31.h:9:0,
from arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pcm037_eet.c:20:
arch/arm/plat-mxc/include/mach/mx31.h: In function ‘mx31_setup_weimcs’:
arch/arm/plat-mxc/include/mach/mx31.h:129:2: error: implicit declaration of function ‘IOMEM’
arch/arm/plat-mxc/include/mach/mx31.h:129:2: error: implicit declaration of function ‘IMX_IO_P2V’
This patch removes mx31_setup_weimcs() from mx31.h and makes it local
to mach-qong.c, which is the only user for this helper.

Instead of reading the silicon version from ROM, we should

While adapting the #defines for this I noticed that the offset
used for USB HS on i.MX35 differs from the documented offset.
I kept the working offset and commented that the documentation
differs.

Now only the virtual addresses [0xf4000000, 0xf5ffffff] are used for
static per-SoC mappings. The few mappings of whole chip selects are
moved accordingly.
The now wrong defines for virtual base addresses are removed.

This makes it more assembler friendly and allows it to be used in situation
that need an unsigned long and not a pointer. Also the naming is
clearer. IOMEM is introduced without IMX_ prefix as it is used this way
in more than one ARM subarch and it might become globally available
soon.

Commit c074512 (imx-esdhc: update devices registration) renamed
MX35_INT_MMC_SDHC2 to MX35_INT_ESDHC2 which broke expansion of the
MXC_INT_MMC_SDHC2 macro.
As (the only user of MXC_INT_MMC_SDHC2) is only used on
mx31 use the MX31 prefixed symbol to define its resources. Moreover to
reduce further confusion mxcsdhc_device0 is fixed accordingly and the MXC
prefixed symbols are removed.

This has the addional effect that the macros CSCR_U, CSCR_L and CSCR_A
are not used anymore in mach-pcm038.c and mach-qong.c. These still use
the deprecated IO_ADDRESS macro and shouldn't be used in new code.

Some headers have used (now) wrong names or havn't had protection at

Define deprecated symbols in an #ifdef IMX_NEEDS_DEPRECATED_SYMBOLS ...
All files that still depend on the old definitions get
-DIMX_NEEDS_DEPRECATED_SYMBOLS passed to the compiler.
When all remaining users are fixed this allows including the soc
specific headers unconditionally.

specifics to mx31.h/mx35.h. We can build a kernel which runs on i.MX31 and
i.MX35, so always include mx31.h and mx35.h
