* crypto: replace scatterwalk_sg_next with sg_nextCristian Stoica2015-01-261-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Modify crypto drivers to use the generic SG helper since both of them are equivalent and the one from crypto is redundant. Other than that, a few minor driver core and debugfs changes. There are some ath9k patches coming in through this tree that have been acked by the wireless maintainers as they relied on the debugfs changes. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | dma_map_single - The 4-byte sg_mid_buf is located in the middle of the coherence memory sg_cpu. Don't call dma_map_single to get its physical address. Get the its base physical address from the physical address of sg_cpu instead. - Should set up the dma descriptor data after the 4-byte sg_mid_buf is filled in completely from next sg buffer. - memory copy from sg buffer should be done via virtual address. - Remove unused reference to blackfin header Signed-off-by: Sonic Zhang <sonic.zhang@analog.com> Reviewed-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>

| * crypto: bfin_crc - reposition free_irq to avoid access to invalid dataJulia Lawall2013-01-201-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The data referenced by an interrupt handler should not be freed before the interrupt is ended. The handler is bfin_crypto_crc_handler. It may refer to crc->regs, which is released by the iounmap. Furthermore, the second argument to all calls to free_irq is incorrect. It should be the same as the last argument of request_irq, which is crc, rather than crc->dev. The semantic match that finds the first problem is as follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/) // <smpl> @fn exists@ expression list es; expression a,b; identifier f; @@ if (...) { ... when any free_irq(a,b); ... when any f(es); ... when any return ...; } @@ expression list fn.es; expression fn.a,fn.b; identifier fn.f; @@ *f(es); ... when any *free_irq(a,b); // </smpl> Signed-off-by: Julia Lawall <Julia.Lawall@lip6.fr> Signed-off-by: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>
* | Drivers: crypto: remove __dev* attributes.Greg Kroah-Hartman2013-01-031-3/+3
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. * crypto: bfin_crc - CRC hardware driver for BF60x family processors.Sonic Zhang2012-06-121-0/+780
The CRC peripheral is a hardware block used to compute the CRC of the block of data. This is based on a CRC32 engine which computes the CRC value of 32b data words presented to it. For data words of < 32b in size, this driver pack 0 automatically into 32b data units. This driver implements the async hash crypto framework API.
