The driver overrides error codes returned by platform_get_irq_optional()
to -EINVAL for some strange reason, so if it returns -EPROBE_DEFER, the
driver will fail the probe permanently instead of the deferred probing.
Switch to propagating the proper error codes to platform driver code
upwards.

Coccinelle reports a redundant error print in xgene_edac_probe() because
platform_get_irq() will already print an error message when it is unable
to get an IRQ.
Use platform_get_irq_optional() instead which avoids the error message
and keep the driver-specific one.

The new x-gene EDAC driver incorrectly tried to figure out the version
of one of its IP blocks by looking at the version of the CPU core, which
is only vagely related.
This removes the incorrect code and instead uses the version of the IP
block in the compatible string where it belongs.
Found using build testing on x86, which does not provide the arm64
cpuid interface.
