* media: smiapp: Internal rename to CCSSakari Ailus2020-12-021-215/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Rename internal names to reflect the driver's new reference. The module name remains the same. Also fix trivial coding style issues on the way related to e.g. alignment changes due to the rename. * media: smiapp: Rename register access functionsSakari Ailus2020-12-021-11/+11
| | | | | | | | | | Rename register access functions by changing smiapp to ccs. The functions operating on register addresses have "addr" appended to the name. Signed-off-by: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>
* media: smiapp: Remove quirk function for writing a single 8-bit registerSakari Ailus2020-12-021-10/+5
| | | | | | | | This function is no longer needed as the smiapp_write() function can be used to write 8-bit registers with plain register addresses. Signed-off-by: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>
* media: smiapp: Switch to CCS limitsSakari Ailus2020-12-021-18/+7
| | | | | | | | | Use the CCS limit definitions instead of the SMIA ones. This allows accessing CCS capabilities where needed as well as dropping the old SMIA limits. Signed-off-by: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>
* media: smiapp: Remove macros for defining registers, merge definitionsSakari Ailus2020-12-021-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Remove macros for defining new SMIA registers, instead put the register flags to the register definition itself. Also move the register flags to the same file. This is not expected to be updated but rather left there as a reference. Signed-off-by: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>

We also have more patches being merged via media tree touching them. So, let's merge back from upstream and address those. * media: smiapp: make various const arrays staticColin Ian King2017-07-191-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Don't populate const arrays on the stack but instead make them static. Makes the object code smaller and saves nearly 550 bytes. * [media] smiapp: Replace pll_flags quirk with more generic init quirkSakari Ailus2014-12-231-3/+5
| | | | | | | | | | The pll_flags quirk just returned the extra PLL flags the sensor required, but the init quirk is far more versatile. It can be used to perform any extra initialisation needed by the sensor, including allocating memory for sensor specific struct and creating sensor specific new controls. * [media] smiapp: Remove FSF's address from the license headerSakari Ailus2014-12-231-6/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Remove FSF's address information from the license header in the smiapp driver and the smiapp-pll PLL calculator. This should no longer be needed, and would be rendered outdated in case the FSF chooses to relocate its office. * [media] smiapp: Remove unused quirk register functionalitySakari Ailus2014-04-231-46/+0

It is to be replaced by a more generic register diversion quirk soon. Signed-off-by: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <m.chehab@samsung.com>
