| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch changes the 32-bit time type (timeval) to the 64-bit one (ktime_t), since 32-bit time types will break in the year 2038. I use ktime_t instead of all uses of timeval in imon.c This patch also changes do_gettimeofday() to ktime_get() accordingly, since ktime_get returns a ktime_t, but do_gettimeofday returns a struct timeval, and the other reason is that ktime_get() uses the monotonic clock. The VFD code is exactly the same in the mainline imon driver, so that part is easily ported. The staging driver produces raw IR rather than scancodes for the four devices, so I've ported the raw IR code from staging to mainline imon. Now that mainline imon can handle these four devices, lirc_imon is no longer needed. Compile tested only. Change accordingly all the drivers calling rc_allocate_device() so that the device type is specified during the rc device allocation. Whenever the device type is not specified, it will be set as RC_DRIVER_SCANCODE which was the default '0' value.
