The driver is using virt_to_bus() we should make it use more modern DMA APIs but since it's unlikely to be getting any use these days delete it instead. We can always revert to bring it back. *	amd: Move AMD (Lance) chipset drivers	Jeff Kirsher	2011-08-10	1	-0/+121
	Moves the drivers for the AMD chipsets into drivers/net/ethernet/amd/ and the necessary Kconfig and Makfile changes. The au1000 (Alchemy) driver was also moved into the same directory even though it is not a "Lance" driver.
