Newer versions of the IFC controller use a different method of initializing the
internal SRAM: Instead of reading from flash, a bit in the NAND configuration
register has to be set in order to trigger the self-initializing process.

Due to missing information in Hardware manual, current
implementation doesn't read ECCSTAT0 and ECCSTAT1 registers
for IFC 2.0.
Add support to read ECCSTAT0 and ECCSTAT1 registers during
ecccheck for IFC 2.0.

The commit 7a654172161c ("mtd/ifc: Add support for IFC controller
version 2.0") added support for version 2.0 of the IFC controller.
The version 2.0 controller has the ECC status registers at a different
location to the previous versions.
Correct the fsl_ifc_nand structure so that the ECC status can be read
from the correct location for both version 1.0 and 2.0 of the controller.

The new IFC controller version 2.0 has a different memory map page.
Upto IFC 1.4 PAGE size is 4 KB and from IFC2.0 PAGE size is 64KB.
This patch segregates the IFC global and runtime registers to appropriate
PAGE sizes.

According to Freescale manuals, the IFC_CSORn_EXT register is located
immediately _after_ the bank's IFC_CSORn register.
This patch adjusts the csor_ext member of and reserved register arrays
immediately surrounding the csor_cs structure to provide proper access
to this register.

Freescale IFC controller has been used for mpc8xxx. It will be used
for ARM-based SoC as well. This patch moves the driver to driver/memory
and fix the header file includes.
Also remove module_platform_driver() and instead call
platform_driver_register() from subsys_initcall() to make sure this module
has been loaded before MTD partition parsing starts.
