* [AX25] ax25_ds_timer: use mod_timer instead of add_timerJarek Poplawski2008-02-121-8/+4
| | | | | | | | | | This patch changes current use of: init_timer(), add_timer() and del_timer() to setup_timer() with mod_timer(), which should be safer anyway. Reported-by: Jann Traschewski <jann@gmx.de> Signed-off-by: Jarek Poplawski <jarkao2@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

* [AX.25]: Optimize AX.25 socket list lockRalf Baechle2006-07-121-2/+2
| | | | | | | | Right now all uses of the ax25_list_lock lock are _bh locks but knowing some code is only ever getting invoked from _bh context we can better. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* [AX.25]: Eleminate HZ from AX.25 kernel interfacesRalf Baechle2006-05-031-1/+2
| | | | | | | Convert all AX.25 sysctl time values from jiffies to ms as units. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* [TCP]: Move the tcp sock states to net/tcp_states.hArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2005-08-291-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Lots of places just needs the states, not even linux/tcp.h, where this enum was, needs it. This speeds up development of the refactorings as less sources are rebuilt when things get moved from net/tcp.h. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
