mb/google/sarien/variants/arcada: Set data hold time for touchpad
Elan's touchpad requires min 0.3us data hold time.
To fine tune the data hold time of i2c1 to meet
specification of Elan's touchpad.

BRANCH=None
TEST=Verified data hold time of i2c1 is around 320ns
