vc/intel/fsp/mtl: Update header files from 2473_86 to 2523_80
Update header files for FSP for Meteor Lake platform to version 2523_80, previous version being 2473_86. FSPM: 1. Rename DMI UPDs 2. Address offset changes FSPS: 1.
