UefiCpuPkg/MtrrTest: Add test cases for TME-MK enable case
When TME-MK is enabled, the MtrrLib should substract the TME-MK reserved bits from the max PA returned from CPUID instruction. The new test case guarantees such behavior in MtrrLib.
