RedfishPkg: Implementation of EDKII_REDFISH_PLATFORM_CONFIG_PROTOCOL
This is the Implementation of EDKII_REDFISH_PLATFORM_CONFIG_PROTOCOL, which is the EDKII Redfish Platform Config driver instance that accesses EDK2 HII configuration format and storage.
