OvmfPkg/License.txt: remove XenPvBlkDxe from the MIT licensed dir list
All files under "OvmfPkg/XenPvBlkDxe" carry
SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-2-Clause-Patent
None of them are MIT-licensed.
Update "OvmfPkg/License.txt" accordingly.
