OvmfPkg: Remove duplicated library classes in dxe drivers section in DSC
NetLib,IpIoLib,UdpIoLib and DpcLib already exist in [LibraryClasses].
So the ones in [LibraryClasses.common.DXE_DRIVER] are duplicated,
which should be removed.
