BaseTools:Add import in FvImageSection
BZ:https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1872
Since MultipleWorkspace is not imported in FvImageSection,
an error of "global name 'MWS' is not defined" appeared.
This patch is going to fix that issue.
