FmpDevicePkg/FmpDeviceLib: Add Last Attempt Status to Check/Set API
Provides the ability for a given FMP device library instance to return a Last Attempt Status code during check image and set image operations with FmpDeviceCheckImageEx() and FmpDeviceSetImageEx().
