MdeModulePkg: Replace [Ascii|Unicode]ValueToString
It is the follow up of commits 51f0ceb..9e32e97 to replace
AsciiValueToString/UnicodeValueToString with
AsciiValueToStringS/UnicodeValueToStringS.
