1. Add ExtractGuidedSectionLib library to replace customdecompress library.
2. Add PeiDxeExtractGuidedSectionLib library instance and one PCD PcdMaximumGuidedExtractHandler in MdePkg. 3. Update DxeIpl and DxeMain to consume new library. 4.
