OvmfPkg/VirtioFsDxe: implement EFI_FILE_PROTOCOL.Open()
Using the functions introduced previously, we can now implement VirtioFsSimpleFileOpen(). This lets the "MKDIR" command to work in the UEFI shell, for example.
