UefiCpuPkg PiSmmCommunicationSmm: Deprecate SMM Communication ACPI Table
Follow UEFI 2.7 spec to deprecate SMM Communication ACPI Table, PiSmmCommunicationSmm will not install SMM Communication ACPI Table anymore.
