This can cause git to report them as changed when they are checked out onto a file system with inherited permissions. This has been seen using Cygwin, MinGW and PowerShell Git. Moved and debugged ARM semihosting lib for RVD that prints out the debugger symbol load commands in a window on the debugger. Trying to write a script file, but that crashes RVD. Added debug print to BeagleBoard Sec that prints out RVD debugger command to load symbols for the Sec. Including a light weight command line shell. BeagleBoardPkg - Platform specifics for BeagleBoard. SD Card works, but USB has issues.
