First generate a dummy file with section alignment,
then compress the dummy file to generate the compress file

Doesn't generate the correct alignment for the leaf section
in the compression section.

can’t be larger than 255. There is an OS API provided by Microsoft to add “\\?\” before the path header to support the long file path. Enable this feature on basetools.
