* SecurityPkg: Add TPM PTP support in TPM2 device lib.Yao, Jiewen2016-01-267-184/+579
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | TPM2 hardware may support PTP FIFO/TIS interface or PTP CRB interface. The original lib only handles PTP FIFO/TIS interface. This patch adds PTP CRB interface support. The current logic is that lib will runtime detect TPM device interface (CRB or FIFO/TIS) and call proper function to access hardware. It is compatible for old TPM2 FIFO/TIS device and new TPM2 CRB device. Add Module Extra UNI file that provides the localized Name of a module. a. [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] provides an easy method for a module to specify extra files not listed in [Sources] or [Binaries] sections to be added to a UDP without having to list the files in the UPT package information data file. b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to package up files listed in [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] during UDP creation. c. UNI file contains localized name of a module to go along with the localized Abstract and Description from the MODULE_UNI_FILE.
