Documentation: add sbsa-gwdt driver documentation
The sbsa-gwdt.txt documentation in devicetree/bindings/watchdog is for
introducing SBSA(Server Base System Architecture) Generic Watchdog
device node info into FDT.
Also add sbsa-gwdt introduction in watchdog-parameters.txt
