KVM: VMX: Rename INTERRUPT_PENDING to INTERRUPT_WINDOW
[ Upstream commit 9dadc2f918df26e64aa04794cdb4d8667c934f47 ] Rename interrupt-windown exiting related definitions to match the latest Intel SDM. No functional changes.
