was one stray patch in the branch (wasn't a fix), so I've just rebased
to remove that.

  - Fix interaction across ADC instances for some supported devices.
  - Drop false spurious IRQ messages.
  - Fix calibration value handling.  If we can't calibrate don't expose the
    vref_int channel.
