USB: add EPIC support to the io_edgeport driver
This patch adds EPiC support to the io_edgeport driver which adds
support for a number of NCR printers:
- NCR (Axiohm) 7401-K580 printer
- NCR (TEC) 7401-K590 printer, 7402-K592
- NCR (TEC) 7167, 7168 printers
- NCR (TEC) 7197, 7198, F306, F307, F309 printers
- NCR (Axiohm) 7194 printer
- NCR (Axiohm) 7158 printer
and a few more.
It is based on the 2.6.19 kernel.
