USB: serial: ir-usb: fix big-endian baud-rate debug printk
commit ad0ccac76dcc92c3331f4c94c9fc54f8bf1ab20c upstream.
Add missing endianness conversion when printing the supported baud
rates.
Found using sparse:
warning: restricted __le16 degrades to integer
