scsi: bfa: bfa_ioc_ct.c: make two funcitons static
Fix the following sparse warning: drivers/scsi/bfa/bfa_ioc_ct.c:368:1: warning: symbol 'bfa_ioc_ct2_lpu_read_stat' was not declared. Should it be static? drivers/scsi/bfa/bfa_ioc_ct.c:748:1: warning: symbol 'bfa_ioc_ct2_mac_reset' was not declared. Should it be static?
