ALSA: hda - Apply a fixup to Dell Vostro 5480
commit 3a05d12f46cb95a6a685114819363a56e6170996 upstream.
Dell Vostro 5480 (1028:069a) needs the very same quirk used for Vostro
5470 model to make bass speakers properly working.
