This patch adds a new netfilter target which creates audit records
for packets traversing a certain chain.
It can be used to record packets which are rejected administraively
as follows:
-N AUDIT_DROP
-A AUDIT_DROP -j AUDIT --type DROP
-A AUDIT_DROP -j DROP
a rule which would typically drop or reject a packet would then
invoke the new chain to record packets before dropping them.
-j AUDIT_DROP
The module is protocol independant and works for iptables, ip6tables
and ebtables.
The following information is logged:
- netfilter hook
- packet length
- incomming/outgoing interface
- MAC src/dst/proto for ethernet packets
- src/dst/protocol address for IPv4/IPv6
- src/dst port for TCP/UDP/UDPLITE
- icmp type/code

One iptables invocation with 135000 rules takes 35 seconds of cpu time
on a recent server, using a 32bit distro and a 64bit kernel.
We eventually trigger NMI/RCU watchdog.
INFO: rcu_sched_state detected stall on CPU 3 (t=6000 jiffies)
COMPAT mode has quadratic behavior and consume 16 bytes of memory per
rule.
Switch the xt_compat algos to use an array instead of list, and use a
binary search to locate an offset in the sorted array.
This halves memory need (8 bytes per rule), and removes quadratic
behavior [ O(N*N) -> O(N*log2(N)) ]
Time of iptables goes from 35 s to 150 ms.

Add a new revision 3 that contains port ranges for all of origsrc,
origdst, replsrc and repldst. The high ports are appended to the
original v2 data structure to allow sharing most of the code with
v1 and v2. Use of the revision specific port matching function is
made dependant on par->match->revision.

Connection hash table is now name space aware.
i.e. net ptr >> 8 is xor:ed to the hash,
and this is the first param to be compared.
The net struct is 0xa40 in size ( a little bit smaller for 32 bit arch:s)
and cache-line aligned, so a ptr >> 5 might be a more clever solution ?
All lookups where net is compared uses net_eq() which returns 1 when netns
is disabled, and the compiler seems to do something clever in that case.
ip_vs_conn_fill_param() have *net as first param now.
Three new inlines added to keep conn struct smaller
when names space is disabled.
- ip_vs_conn_net()
- ip_vs_conn_net_set()
- ip_vs_conn_net_eq()

The statistic counter locks for every packet are now removed,
and that statistic is now per CPU, i.e. no locks needed.
However summing is made in ip_vs_est into ip_vs_stats struct
which is moved to ipvs struc.
procfs, ip_vs_stats now have a "per cpu" count and a grand total.
A new function seq_file_single_net() in ip_vs.h created for handling of
single_open_net() since it does not place net ptr in a struct, like others.

Services hash tables got netns ptr a hash arg,
While Real Servers (rs) has been moved to ipvs struct.
Two new inline functions added to get net ptr from skb.
Since ip_vs is called from different contexts there is two
places to dig for the net ptr skb->dev or skb->sk
this is handled in skb_net() and skb_sknet()
Global functions, ip_vs_service_get() ip_vs_lookup_real_service()
etc have got struct net *net as first param.
If possible get net ptr skb etc,
- if not &init_net is used at this early stage of patching.
ip_vs_ctl.c procfs not ready for netns yet.

Flush the disk cache in fsync and sync to make sure data actually is
on disk on completion of these system calls. There is a nobarrier
mount option to disable this behaviour. It's slightly misnamed now
that barrier actually are gone, but it matches the name used by all
major filesystems.

Avoid doing unessecary work in fsync. Do nothing unless the inode
was marked dirty, and only write the various metadata inodes out if
they contain any dirty state from this inode. This is archived by
adding three new dirty bits to the hfsplus-specific inode which are
set in the correct places.

Remove lots of code we don't need from fsync, we just need to call
->write_inode on the inode if it's dirty, for which sync_inode_metadata
is a lot more efficient than write_inode_now, and we need to write
out the various metadata inodes, which we now do explicitly instead
of by calling ->sync_fs.

inodes. While these are marked hashed and periodically written out
by the flusher threads, we can't rely on that for sync. For the case
of a data integrity sync the VM has life-lock avoidance code that
avoids writing inodes again that are redirtied during the sync,
which is something that can happen easily for hfsplus. So make sure
we explicitly write out the metadata inodes at the beginning of
hfsplus_sync_fs.

Switch the hfsplus partition table reding for cdroms to use our bio
helpers. Again we don't rely on any caching in the buffer_heads, and
this gets rid of the last buffer_head use in hfsplus.

The hfsplus backup volume header is located two blocks from the end of
the device. In case of device sizes that are not 4k aligned this means
we can't access it using buffer_heads when using the default 4k block
size.
Switch to using raw bios to read/write all buffer headers. We were not
relying on any caching behaviour of the buffer heads anyway. Additionally
always read in the backup volume header during mount to verify that we
can actually read it.

Remove opencoded writing of the volume header in hfsplus_fill_super
and hfsplus_put_super and offload it to hfsplus_sync_fs. In the
put_super case this means we only write the superblock once instead
of twice.
