The series cleans up ARCH_HAS_DECOMP_WDOG and arch_decomp_wdog which
are unused on ARM architecure. Samsung has some code setting up wdog
in arch_decomp_wdog(). But since CONFIG_S3C_BOOT_WATCHDOG is defined
nowhere, it will not run. Otherwise, system can not boot at all when
wdog is set up but no one pats it.

With ARCH_HAS_DECOMP_WDOG removed from arch/arm/boot/compressed/decompress.c,
all the arch_decomp_wdog() definition at platform level is unneeded.
Remmove it.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

With true DT clock providers available switch Dove clock setup in DT-
enabled boards. While AUXDATA can be removed completely from bus probing,
some devices still don't know about DT at all. Therefore, some clock
aliases are created until the devices also move to DT.

PMU interrupts start at IRQ_DOVE_PMU_START, not IRQ_DOVE_PMU_START + 1.
Fix the condition. (It may have been less likely to occur had the code
been written "if (irq >= IRQ_DOVE_PMU_START" which imho is the easier
to understand notation, and matches the normal way of thinking about
these things.)

Fix the acknowledgement of PMU interrupts on Dove: some Dove hardware
has not been sensibly designed so that interrupts can be handled in a
race free manner. The PMU is one such instance.
The pending (aka 'cause') register is a bunch of RW bits, meaning that
these bits can be both cleared and set by software (confirmed on the
Armada-510 on the cubox.)
Hardware sets the appropriate bit when an interrupt is asserted, and
software is required to clear the bits which are to be processed. If
we write ~(1 << bit), then we end up asserting every other interrupt
except the one we're processing. So, we need to do a read-modify-write
cycle to clear the asserted bit.
However, any interrupts which occur in the middle of this cycle will
also be written back as zero, which will also clear the new interrupts.
The upshot of this is: there is _no_ way to safely clear down interrupts
in this register (and other similarly behaving interrupt pending
registers on this device.) The patch below at least stops us creating
new interrupts.

During the review process of dove DT patches, Tauros2 cache
init call was changed and DT support added. This patch fixes
the call to Tauros2 init and adds a DT node. Moreover, plat/irq.h

We now define all virtual base address constants using IOMEM() so that
those are naturally typed as void __iomem pointers, and we do the
necessary adjustements in the mach-dove code.
Note that we introduce a few temporary additional "unsigned long"
casts when calling into plat-orion functions. Those are removed by
followup patches converting plat-orion functions to void __iomem
pointers as well.

Since we are going to use IOMEM() to define many base virtual
addresses, we can no longer use binary or to define the individual
register addresses ("binary or" arithmetic on pointers is not
allowed). Instead, use the more conventional plus operator to do so.
The binary or operators were actually not useful because the low-order
bits of the base address were always zero, so the usage of the binary
or operators was effectively identical to a plus operator.

Allow PCI support for Dove to be disabled. Some platforms do not have
anything connected to the PCIe ports, so requiring PCI support to be
built into the kernel just wastes space, and presents a lot more config
options than are necessary.
However, select USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI so that we can still have EHCI
support.

This patch adds basic support for the SolidRun CuBox to DT based
mach-dove. There are still some issues related to ongoing orion/mvebu
development, e.g. gpio-led will not work as there is no DT pinctrl
for dove yet and we don't have board specific setup code. Nevertheless,
the DT description is already introduced here.

This adds a generic DT_MACHINE for mach-dove. As with other orion based
SoCs there still is some glue code required to make all internal devices
work, i.e. auxdata is provided to pass clocks to corresponding device
drivers.

This patch adds clock gates from the clock gating control register
available on dove. All clock gates are hooked up to tclk, except for
gigabit ethernet controller (ge) which is a child of gephy to allow
both enabled/disabled at the same time.

This patch synchronizes the clock setup of dove with other orion-based
platforms.
In dove_find_tclk there was a note about DOVE_SAMPLE_HI/LO register to
detect tclk. While it might be possible to set a different tclk frequency
with reset strapping the Dove datasheets don't tell anything about tclk
frequency here. Therefore, I removed that comment.

Enable initial ARM multi-platform support for highbank, mvebu,
socfpga, picoxcell, and vexpress.
Multi-platform support is dependent on mach/gpio.h removal and
restructuring of DEBUG_LL and dtb build rules included in this branch.
This has been built for all defconfigs, and booted on highbank with
all 5 platforms enabled.

Most platforms don't need mach/gpio.h and it prevents multi-platform
kernel images. Add CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H and make platforns select it
if they need gpio.h. This is platforms that define __GPIOLIB_COMPLEX
or have lots of implicit includes pulled in by mach/gpio.h.
at91 and omap have gpio clean-up pending and can drop
CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H once that is in.

The mv643xx ethernet controller limits the packet size for the TX
checksum offloading. This patch sets this limits for Kirkwood and
Dove which have smaller limits that the default.
As a side note, this patch is an updated version of a patch sent some years
ago: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2010-June/017320.html
which seems to have been lost.

This is the 2nd part of mach/io.h removals. This series removes io.h on
platforms with PCI by creating a fixed virtual I/O mapping and a common
__io() macro.
This version has changed a bit to accommodate Tegra converting its PCIe
host to a platform driver. Now the virtual space is only reserved during
early boot before .map_io() is called. The mapping is not created until
calling pci_ioremap_io which can be done at any point after vmalloc is
initialized.
I've gone back to fixed 64K windows for each PCI bus. This allows
removing all the i/o resource setup from the individually platforms and
placing it within the common ARM PCI code.
I've only tested versatilepb under qemu (with the model hacked up to
actually enable i/o space), so any testing is appreciated. iop3xx and
mv78xx0 have some risk of breaking as the PCI bus addresses are moved
to 0 from matching the cpu host bus addesss.

The i/o regions are changed from 1MB to 64KB. It's likely that the 2nd
bus is not setup correctly.

Both IRQ and GPIO controllers can now be represented in DT. The IRQ
controllers are setup first, and then the GPIO controllers. Interrupts
for GPIO lines are placed directly after the main interrupts in the
interrupt space.

Commit 0fa1f0609a0c1fe8b2be3c0089a2cb48f7fda521 (ARM: Orion: Fix
Virtual/Physical mixup with watchdog) broke the Dove & MV78xx0
build. Although these two SoC don't use the watchdog, the shared
platform code still needs to build. Add the necessary defines.

Pull arm-soc clock driver changes from Olof Johansson:
"The new clock subsystem was merged in linux-3.4 without any users,
this now moves the first three platforms over to it: imx, mxs and
spear.
The series also contains the changes for the clock subsystem itself,
since Mike preferred to have it together with the platforms that
require these changes, in order to avoid interdependencies and
conflicts."
Fix up trivial conflicts in arch/arm/mach-kirkwood/common.c (code
removed in one branch, added OF support in another) and
drivers/dma/imx-sdma.c (independent changes next to each other).
