* ARM: OMAP2+: Remove unused gpio header file referencesSuman Anna2018-02-141-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | Drop stale references to the generic and OMAP gpio header files from couple of files which no longer invoke any gpio functions. Signed-off-by: Suman Anna <s-anna@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy mux codeTony Lindgren2016-11-101-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | All the boards booting with device tree use drivers/pinctrl-single.c instead. Note that mach-omap1 is still using the legacy mux, so let's move the related Kconfig options from plat-omap to mach-omap1. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* arm: mach-omap2: Convert pr_warning to pr_warnJoe Perches2014-09-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | Use the more common pr_warn. Other miscellanea: o Realign arguments Signed-off-by: Joe Perches <joe@perches.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy booting support for n8x0Tony Lindgren2013-11-251-69/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Now we can boot n8x with the appended device tree with: $ ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/usr/bin/arm-linux-gnueabi- make omap2420-n800.dtb $ cat arch/arm/boot/zImage arch/arm/boot/dts/omap2420-n800.dtb > /tmp/zImage Note that you need at least the following enabled: CONFIG_ARM_APPENDED_DTB=y CONFIG_ARM_ATAG_DTB_COMPAT=y CONFIG_ARM_ATAG_DTB_COMPAT_CMDLINE_FROM_BOOTLOADER=y CONFIG_PINCTRL=y CONFIG_PINCTRL_SINGLE=y Tested-by: Aaro Koskinen <aaro.koskinen@iki.fi> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* ARM: OMAP2+: omap_device: remove obsolete pm_lats and early_device codePaul Walmsley2013-01-261-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Remove now-obsolete code from arch/arm/mach-omap2/omap_device.c. This mostly consists of removing the first attempt at device PM latency handling. This was never really used, has been replaced by the common dev_pm_qos code, and needs to go away as part of the DT conversion. Also, the early platform_device creation code has been removed, as it appears to be unused. Signed-off-by: Paul Walmsley <paul@pwsan.com> Cc: Kevin Hilman <khilman@deeprootsystems.com>
* ARM: OMAP2+: PRCM: consolidate PRCM-related timeout macrosPaul Walmsley2012-11-081-3/+1
| | | | | | | | Consolidate all of the copies of MAX_MODULE_HARDRESET_WAIT and MAX_MODULE_SOFTRESET_WAIT into one place, arch/arm/mach-omap2/prm.h. Signed-off-by: Paul Walmsley <paul@pwsan.com> Tested-by: Vaibhav Hiremath <hvaibhav@ti.com>
* ARM: OMAP: Make plat/omap_hwmod.h local to mach-omap2Tony Lindgren2012-10-181-1/+1
| | | | | | | Let's make omap_hwmod local to mach-omap2 for ARM common zImage support. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* ARM: OMAP: Make omap_device local to mach-omap2Tony Lindgren2012-10-171-2/+1
| | | | | | | Let's make omap_device local to mach-omap2 for ARM common zImage support. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
* ARM: OMAP: Split plat/mmc.h into local headers and platform_dataTony Lindgren2012-10-151-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | We need to remove this from plat for ARM common zImage support. Also remove includes not needed by the omap_hsmmc.c driver. * ARM: OMAP: Move gpio.h to include/linux/platform_dataTony Lindgren2012-09-121-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This way we can remove includes of plat/gpio.h which won't work with the single zImage support. Note that we also remove the cpu_class_is_omap2() check in gpio-omap.c as the drivers should not call it as we need to make it local to arch/arm/mach-omap2 for single zImage support. While at it, arrange the related includes in the standard way. * ARM: OMAP2: Use hwmod to initialize mmc for 2420Tony Lindgren2012-06-261-0/+73
| | | | | | | | | | | This allows us to pass dma request lines in platform data to MMC driver the same way as we already do for omap2430 and later. Also note that we need to only build this code if MMC_OMAP is selected, so change Makefile accordingly and place it near the MMC_OMAP_HS in the Makefile. * ARM: OMAP2420: hwmod data: Add MMC hwmod data for 2420Tony Lindgren2012-05-081-0/+88
Add MMC for 2420 so we can pass the DMA request lines the same way as we already do on omap2430 and later.
