After commit 9f76779f2418 ("MIPS: implement architecture-specific
'pci_remap_iospace()'"), there exists the following warning on the
Loongson64 platform:

loongson-pci 1a000000.pci: error -19: failed to map resource [io 0x20000-0x3ffff]
We can see that the resource start address is 0x0000020000, because
the ISA Bridge used the zero address which is defined in the dts file
arch/mips/boot/dts/loongson/ls7a-pch.dtsi:
ISA Bridge: /bus@10000000/isa@18000000
IO 0x0000000018000000..0x000000001801ffff -> 0x0000000000000000
Based on the above analysis, the architecture-specific pci_remap_iospace()
is not suitable for Loongson64, we should only define pci_remap_iospace()
for Ralink on MIPS based on the commit background.

Pull folio fixes from Matthew Wilcox:
"In the course of preparing the folio changes for iomap for next merge
window, we discovered some problems that would be nice to address now:
- Renaming multi-page folios to large folios.
mapping_multi_page_folio_support() is just a little too long, so we
settled on mapping_large_folio_support(). That meant renaming, eg
folio_test_multi() to folio_test_large().
Rename AS_THP_SUPPORT to match
- I hadn't included folio wrappers for zero_user_segments(), etc.
Also, multi-page^W^W large folio support is now independent of
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE, so machines with HIGHMEM always need
to fall back to the out-of-line zero_user_segments().
Remove FS_THP_SUPPORT to match
- The build bots finally got round to telling me that I missed a
couple of architectures when adding flush_dcache_folio(). Christoph
suggested that we just add linux/cacheflush.h and not rely on
asm-generic/cacheflush.h"

Many architectures do not include asm-generic/cacheflush.h, so turn
the includes on their head and add linux/cacheflush.h which includes
asm/cacheflush.h.
Move the flush_dcache_folio() declaration from asm-generic/cacheflush.h
to linux/cacheflush.h and change linux/highmem.h to include
linux/cacheflush.h instead of asm/cacheflush.h so that all necessary
places will see flush_dcache_folio().
More functions should have their default implementations moved in the
future, but those are for follow-on patches. This fixes csky, sparc and
sparc64 which were missed in the commit which added flush_dcache_folio().

The current memslots implementation only allows quick binary search by gfn,
quick lookup by hva is not possible - the implementation has to do a linear
scan of the whole memslots array, even though the operation being performed
might apply just to a single memslot.
This significantly hurts performance of per-hva operations with higher
memslot counts.
Since hva ranges can overlap between memslots an interval tree is needed
for tracking them.

Remove an old (circa 2012) kvm_debug from kvm_arch_commit_memory_region()
to print basic information when committing a memslot change. The primary
motivation for removing the kvm_debug is to avoid using @mem, the user
memory region, so that said param can be removed.
Alternatively, the debug message could be converted to use @new, but that
would require synthesizing select state to play nice with the DELETED
case, which will pass NULL for @new in the future. And there's no
argument to be had for dumping generic information in an arch callback,
i.e. if there's a good reason for the debug message, then it belongs in
common KVM code where all architectures can benefit.

Pass the "old" slot to kvm_arch_prepare_memory_region() and force arch
code to handle propagating arch specific data from "new" to "old" when
necessary. This is a baby step towards dynamically allocating "new" from
the get go, and is a (very) minor performance boost on x86 due to not
unnecessarily copying arch data.
For PPC HV, copy the rmap in the !CREATE and !DELETE paths, i.e. for MOVE
and FLAGS_ONLY. This is functionally a nop as the previous behavior
would overwrite the pointer for CREATE, and eventually discard/ignore it
for DELETE.
For x86, copy the arch data only for FLAGS_ONLY changes. Unlike PPC HV,
x86 needs to reallocate arch data in the MOVE case as the size of x86's
allocations depend on the alignment of the memslot's gfn.
Opportunistically tweak kvm_arch_prepare_memory_region()'s param order to

All architectures have similar loops iterating over the vcpus,
freeing one vcpu at a time, and eventually wiping the reference
off the vcpus array. They are also inconsistently taking
the kvm->lock mutex when wiping the references from the array.
Make this code common, which will simplify further changes.
The locking is dropped altogether, as this should only be called
when there is no further references on the kvm structure.

After making the brcmstb_gisb driver modular with 707a4cdf86e5 ("bus:
brcmstb_gisb: Allow building as module") Guenter reported that mips
allmodconfig failed to link because board_be_handler was referenced.
Thomas indicated that if we were to continue making the brcmstb_gisb
driver modular for MIPS we would need to introduce a function that
allows setting the board_be_handler and export that function towards
modules.
This is what is being done here: board_be_handler is made static and is
now settable with a mips_set_be_handler() function which is exported.

"While looking at some issues related to the exit path in the kernel I
found several instances where the code is not using the existing
abstractions properly.
This set of changes introduces force_fatal_sig a way of sending a
signal and not allowing it to be caught, and corrects the misuse of
the existing abstractions that I found.
A lot of the misuse of the existing abstractions are silly things such
as doing something after calling a no return function, rolling BUG by
hand, doing more work than necessary to terminate a kernel thread, or
calling do_exit(SIGKILL) instead of calling force_sig(SIGKILL).
In the review a deficiency in force_fatal_sig and force_sig_seccomp
where ptrace or sigaction could prevent the delivery of the signal was
found. I have added a change that adds SA_IMMUTABLE to change that
makes it impossible to interrupt the delivery of those signals, and
allows backporting to fix force_sig_seccomp
And Arnd found an issue where a function passed to kthread_run had the
wrong prototype, and after my cleanup was failing to build."

When an instruction to save or restore a register from the stack fails
in _save_fp_context or _restore_fp_context return with -EFAULT. This
change was made to r2300_fpu.S[1] but it looks like it got lost with
the introduction of EX2[2]. This is also what the other implementation
of _save_fp_context and _restore_fp_context in r4k_fpu.S does, and
what is needed for the callers to be able to handle the error.
Furthermore calling do_exit(SIGSEGV) from bad_stack is wrong because
it does not terminate the entire process it just terminates a single
thread.
As the changed code was the only caller of arch/mips/kernel/syscall.c:bad_stack
remove the problematic and now unused helper function.

Documentation/kbuild/makefiles.rst suggests to use "archclean" for
cleaning arch/$(SRCARCH)/boot/, but it is not a hard requirement.
Since commit d92cc4d51643 ("kbuild: require all architectures to have
arch/$(SRCARCH)/Kbuild"), we can use the "subdir- += boot" trick for
all architectures. This can take advantage of the parallel option (-j)
for "make clean".
I also cleaned up the comments in arch/$(SRCARCH)/Makefile. The "archdep"
target no longer exists.

We want to specify flags when hotplugging memory. Let's prepare to pass
flags to memblock_add_node() by adjusting all existing users.
Note that when hotplugging memory the system is already up and running
and we might have concurrent memblock users: for example, while we're
hotplugging memory, kexec_file code might search for suitable memory
regions to place kexec images. It's important to add the memory
directly to memblock via a single call with the right flags, instead of
adding the memory first and apply flags later: otherwise, concurrent
memblock users might temporarily stumble over memblocks with wrong
flags, which will be important in a follow-up patch that introduces a
new flag to properly handle add_memory_driver_managed().

Since memblock_free() operates on a physical range, make its name
reflect it and rename it to memblock_phys_free(), so it will be a
logical counterpart to memblock_phys_alloc().

@@
expression addr;
expression size;
@@
- memblock_free(addr, size);
+ memblock_phys_free(addr, size);
