| * crypto: atmel - Drop unused id parameter from atmel_i2c_probe()Uwe Kleine-König2023-02-101-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | id is unused in atmel_i2c_probe() and the callers have extra efforts to determine the right parameter. So drop the parameter simplifying both atmel_i2c_probe() and its callers. | * crypto: atmel-i2c - avoid defines prefixed with CONFIGLukas Bulwahn2023-01-201-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Defines prefixed with "CONFIG" should be limited to proper Kconfig options, that are introduced in a Kconfig file. Here, a definition for the driver's configuration zone is named CONFIG_ZONE. Rename this local definition to CONFIGURATION_ZONE to avoid defines prefixed with "CONFIG". No functional change. |/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | My professional email will change and the microchip one will bounce after mid-november of 2022. Update the MAINTAINERS file, the YAML bindings, MODULE_AUTHOR entries and author mentions, and add an entry in the .mailmap file. * crypto: atmel - Avoid flush_scheduled_work() usageTetsuo Handa2022-05-061-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Flushing system-wide workqueues is dangerous and will be forbidden. Replace system_wq with local atmel_wq. If CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_ATMEL_{I2C,ECC,SHA204A}=y, the ordering in Makefile guarantees that module_init() for atmel-i2c runs before module_init() for atmel-ecc and atmel-sha204a runs. * crypto: atmel - Fix sparse endianness warningsHerbert Xu2019-06-061-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The param2 member in atmel_i2c_cmd is supposed to be little-endian but was marked as u16. This patch changes it to a __le16 which reveals a missing endian swap in atmel_i2c_init_read_cmd. Another missing little-endian marking is also added in atmel_i2c_checksum. * crypto: atmel-i2c - add support for SHA204A random number generatorArd Biesheuvel2019-05-301-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The Linaro/96boards Secure96 mezzanine contains (among other things) an Atmel SHA204A symmetric crypto processor. This chip implements a number of different functionalities, but one that is highly useful for many different 96boards platforms is the random number generator. So let's implement a driver for the SHA204A, and for the time being, implement support for the random number generator only. * crypto: atmel-ecc - factor out code that can be sharedArd Biesheuvel2019-05-301-0/+186
In preparation of adding support for the random number generator in Atmel atsha204a devices, refactor the existing atmel-ecc driver (which drives hardware that is closely related) so we can share the basic I2C and command queuing routines.
