Use drm_gpu_scheduler list instead of drm_sched_rq list in drm_sched_entity struct. In this way we can select a runqueue based on entity/ctx's priority for a drm scheduler. [How] fetch rptr appropriately, meaning move its read location further down in the code flow. With this patch applied the s3 failure is no more seen for >5k s3 cycles, which otherwise is pretty consistent. As we will visit the smu in the idle queue. this will cause smu hang because the dgpu has been suspend, and the dgpu also will be waked up. As the smu has been hang, so the dgpu resume will failed.
